I never faced any specific challenges anchored on my racial identity, but I have observed, particularly in technical roles, that there are often so few women that being one woman in a group of 7+ men can be obviously felt, and that can erode at your experience.
Amazon is a good place to learn, grow your skill set and earn money, but you have to go into it with the mindset that I'm here to better myself and build more.
